1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your use of this Website and all purchases from Scotts Brewing Company Limited. By accessing or purchasing, you agree to be legally bound under New Zealand law.

2. Alcohol Compliance

We operate under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. You must be 18+ to purchase alcohol. We may require ID, refuse delivery to intoxicated persons, and cancel unlawful orders.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion. Orders are not binding until confirmation email is issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated. Payment must be received prior to dispatch.

5. Title & Risk

Risk passes upon delivery. Title remains with Scotts Brewing Company Limited until full payment is received.

6. Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing excludes rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where goods are purchased for business purposes, the CGA is contracted out of to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Privacy Policy

We comply with the Privacy Act 2020. We collect personal information to process orders, verify age, prevent fraud, and provide services. Information may be shared with couriers, payment processors, and IT providers. We do not sell personal data.
